Off Campus Auto is a special place. I've never encountered such quietly professional, respectful mechanics who genuinely care about their customers. We've taken our vehicles to Off Campus for over 10 years now, because we always feel we're in good hands with them. (And we've definitely thrown them a few curveballs over the years with our Volt, Tesla, and two old-school, dirt-caked pickup trucks!) Keith in particular has been incredible, always making time for us and patiently answering our questions. (Happy retirement, Keith!) Before discovering Off Campus, I hated going to auto repair shops...As a woman, I felt disregarded, not listened to. Once a mechanic even yelled at me for driving on gravel roads. (WHAT?!) Anyway, that's NOT the case with Off Campus! Whoever you are, they treat you with respect. We love them.
