Flat tire heading out of town late afternoon to teach a class in Cedar Rapids an hour later & AAA put Off Campus in touch...they contacted immediately, towed my car to shop & put me in loaner in time to be only 15 minutes late...new tires were on & related work done by next afternoon. Thanks again for saving my first class at U Iowa & turning what could have been a major problem into just a minor inconvenience.

My car would not start and my AAA roadside assistance recommended Off Campus Auto Repair. The folks I interacted with throughly explained their procedures, kept me informed throughout the repairs to my car (it would not start which was due to an error in the A/C), and were transparent about timetables and costs upfront. They followed through on their proposed timeline. While I hope I do not have more car issues in the future, I will definitely be heading back here if I run into any issues.

Campus was prompt in getting to my home to replace my battery. When the issue posed to be bigger and the car needed to be towed they kept me informed as to what was happening daily. They were even able to bring my car back as I was out of town on an extended stay!

It's summer my AC died brad in the crew fixed it and it was very quickly done.. great job guys
