I moved here from New York about 4 months ago oh, my mechanic in New York told me my Lincoln Zephyr was a okay. I brought it to Off Campus Auto Repair mechanic my radiator was leaking or something and a bunch of other stuff was wrong I wind up put some money into it instead of buying a new car and that was great, Brad actually helped me get what I needed done first and then the stuff that was minor second. I recently purchased a Kia Sorento with my wife. At McGrath auto dealership, when I use the wipers they were afraid damn near falling apart so I brought the car back to the dealership where we purchase the vehicle. The sales rep told me that we had a bumper to bumper warranty I asked him if it include the wipers he said yes this was on Monday. He however told me that he didn't have the wipers in stock and there would be a $10 installation fee per wiper, my wife Steve Scott 3 wipers so that be 30 bucks and then we would have to wait a week to get them replaced. It's going to be raining later this week as the weather says. So I called off campus Auto Repair spoke to Brad and he said Phillippee come right over I'll get you taken care of. I drove to the place, my wife was in the car with my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter and Naomi my daughter was asleep. Brad came out saw the baby was sleeping and installed the wipers right in the parking lot instead of having to get the baby out with my wife weight in your lobby which would have been fine but I told him that the baby was sleeping so he decided to do the work in the parking lot to make my life easier as well as my families. I got three new wipers a receipt so I can bring it back to the dealership which will reimburse me for my purchase,. Brad always takes good care of me as well as the place of business thank you very much for your time have a great day
Thank you for the 5 star review Phillippee! It is always a pleasure helping you with your vehicle needs.
