I had never had something wrong with my vehicles until last week when my tires were slashed. I had no idea/direction of where to begin. AAA sent OffCampus towing, they arrived in 15-20 minutes! Super friendly and helpful...and patient with me while I filed a police report and was dealing with insurance. The gentleman who came called and had a loaner vehicle waiting for me as soon as we got to the facility! The mechanics who changed my tires and aligned my car also called first thing the next morning and weren?t boastful about buying this or that. Asked what I wanted and they got it for me. 10/10 recommend

Car died on the interstate early in the morning. Off Campus' associated towing service picked it up for me, and the guys at Off Campus diagnosed and fixed it in no time! The loaner car was just a bonus! The folks here are the best in the area. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Keith, is a genuine kind man. The entire team will take care of you. I’m always scared of going to the mechanic, because of the “we found this, we found that, you should do this”...the list can go on. Off campus will not nickle and dime you untill you have lent left in your pockets. They are honest and trustworthy. Not to mention, very, accommodating. If you want honest mechanics that genuinely love their job and care about your safety, come here. They’ve solved every problem or worry I’ve had with my car!

My daughter broke down a couple hours from home so until pick up of the vehicle all my dealings were by phone. James from Off Campus was friendly, knowledgeable and straight up with things on the car that needed taken care of now and those that could wait. I hope to never break down in Iowa City again but if it happened I would take it there again. P.S. Go Cyclones!
