Acknowledge service business! The coffee isn't so good but the people tgerexare!

My car was overheating right in the middle of a 10 hour drive with all my stuff in it and I was moving. Having car troubles in that scenario is the worst. I googled the closest auto mechanic and that shop turned me away. Then I walked into Off Campus (the next closest), explained my situation and they looked at my car right away! They took care of my car and I was out of there in an hour and the cost was minimal. Great service, super friendly. Thank you!

Not only do they carefully explain the issue but they’re also quick add whether a problem needs to be remedied immediately or at a later date so as to not “Pad” or inflate the charges for in a designated repair. If they keep my car for a day they have a loaner for me to drive at no charge. This service in itself is almost unheard of in this day and age. What I know at the end of the day is that not only is my car fixed right but that The attention to detail is exceptional. We’ve always been treated like members of the family.
